Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Interior Drainage System across Montello because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Free, no-obligation estimates · Real warranties
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Every Montello technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Montello homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Montello calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Montello crews see.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Montello foundation wall right now.
A Montello sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Montello schedule.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Montello homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Montello basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Montello pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Montello homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for Montello property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
A Montello technician walks the property, checks the foundation and drainage, and explains what's found in plain language.
Every Montello quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Montello horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
Our crews stage locally near Montello, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Every Montello job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
