Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Montello crews see.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Montello customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
